The reconstruction of the existing historical building of the former “Warsaw Station” was carried out under the shopping and entertainment function. The basement is deepened, the foundation is strengthened. Inside the volume of the building organized additional overlap. In planning and internal design, the experience of building modern multifunctional centers was used.
