The goal of the project was to combine existing and new buildings into a single functional and architectural complex. Large-span (over 30 m) structures were used in the upper part of the building to create multi-light spaces. A supermarket, an ice rink, a furniture center, a cinema and many shops are located on the square of the shopping complex. Spacious car parking is organized near the building.
